So how to beat level 3909 ?

I've been stuck for weeks now.... no Youtube video helped me... is this a bug, or does King just wait for me to get so annoyed that I buy something from the store in order to get forward? Am almost giving up on this game... it seem so hard level after level and is not amusing anymore.....All I wanted was to relax - instead I find my self stressed and upset... I really expected to beat this one as I've been stuck for so long...
