Havent been able to get my daily win for past few days...its been stuck on day 6...

DAILY WIN In this game a sticker is collected by passing a new level every day, and when 6 stickers are collected the chest will open and you will get the reward.
Now the question is, have you collected 6 stickers but the chest is not opening?
Or after 5 stickers are collected, the sixth sticker is not counted after passing the new level?
Can you show me a screenshot so I can understand what the problem is?
