I was on level 1006, but the game wouldn’t allow purchases. I read your FAQ’s which said to log onto Facebook and the game would be saved. Then delete and re-install the app. I did this, and logged in through Facebook, but the new app started form the beginning, not from where I was. How do I find my game please?

If the troubleshooting doesn't help then in the last paragraph you are going to see a "here" hyperlink. Click on it and it will open a contact form. Complete it and they will be able to manually go into your account and bring back your progress.
Hi Clive, did you complete the contact form? Here is the link again for you: https://care.king.com/en/contact They are the only ones that can go into your account and manually add back your level. I don't know if they are in today because it's Sunday but please complete the contact form now so that they see it when they are back in the office again.
