Hi @Dvisyco and welcome to our friendly community. When you can’t connect to the store it usually means the app thinks you are playing offline. The games need a strong and steady signal and even a slight drop in signal can cause the game to go offline.
Try exiting your game and turning off your device for at least 10-15 seconds. You might also check to ensure you have a good, strong internet connection (checking your router if necessary if you are playing using WiFi).
Hopefully your game will reconnect and everything will be OK. Occasionally in the past there have been issues connecting with the studio servers, but in those cases we would see a lot more complaints from players about connectivity.
Please let us know if you continue to have problems and if possible take a screenshot of the error you are receiving.
