@suppi396 As this level is not functioning correctly I would advise you to NOT play the suggested first move and avoid going into the frosting. Try to start playing first at the top row if possible. That seems to work for me.

I saw your screenshot and understand the reason for your frustration. Actually, this is because the open space on the game board is very small and therefore there are very few candies available. The shuffle mode is also disrupted due to less candies available but that won't be an issue every time.
However, I will report the level to my team and I hope the level will be corrected.

I've scrolled down to the level and get the same effect as you. Every time I play the suggested move I get the oops message. Please can one of the team look into this and fix this level @QueenB @PummyRaj This is NOT RIGHT. What have they done to this level?
This is ridiculous, no more switches with 29 moves left. This should not happen. Are you saying this is happening to you all the time, or just the once?
