Still I wanted to share some information, Ice candies are called Crystal Candies in this game and the container inside which the candies are located is called the Crystal Case. Toffees are called Waffles.
Actually you cannot take out the Candy directly from the Crystal Case but you can take out the Crystal Candy by inserting Wafers or normal Candy inside the Case.

There are opportunities to match green candies here, BUT to execute the move you have to tap on the toffee rather than on the green candy:
You CAN make a move if you tap on the candy (or even toffee) not covered by ice, it will work.
