Level 14277 - impossible without buying moves?

Has anyone won this level without buying additional moves? There were many attempts where I have already cleared the board but the candy mixer is not creating the jelly fast enough. I will always be left with 3-5 jelly to destroy but during the last few moves it will always not create jelly fast enough
This level is rigged to make us spend gold to buy moves and I refuse to use gold on a level like that

You are correct, it is rigged to leave you just short. I think they put these levels in to stop players on a top win streak and to get them to spend all their gold trying to keep the win streak against all odds. I would recommend against doing that, as it is more economical to wait until you are offered enough extra moves and then pay the 10 gold.
If you have come this far in the game and you have run out of gold bars I am afraid it's "curtains", as they say. It is the way the game has been designed now. You need gold to win episode races to win more gold and that is the only way to carry on playing. I recommend you don't spend money on this game because almost every episode from here on will have one such impossible level in there. To carry on from here will be very, very, costly, and please ask yourself it is value for money. Do you get enjoyment out of playing Candy Crush. If the answer is "no" it is time to quit.

I read that @Granny_Chow , she completed the Candy Royale challenge of 16L/500goldbars by L14286 on Aug 28, the same day of your above post. So it may be Granny_Chow was lúcky to make the best moves in L14277 on 1st try.

I have been trying to analyse the game recently and it is becoming more and more obvious that some groups of players get luckier boards than others. It isn't about skill, nor luck in the sense that it would be random. My theory is that we are all placed into different "test groups" by King, to calculate which events and which combination of impossible vs lucky boards makes the most profit.
