I play Candy Crush on my iPhone 6 and my iPad Air 2. It is connected to Facebook, I can see my friends and their progress and I send them lives whenever I can. I have not received lives in months now. What is happening? I find it hard to believe that nobody would send me anything.
I have deleted the app on both devices, updated the device software, reinstalled the app and then logged in again. None of these solutions have worked so far.
PLease advsie asap, as the issue is frustrating.

Hi Laura, don't bother deleting the app or game because it seems to be a Facebook issue. It is affecting both King games and non-King games and the developers have already notified Facebook so we are all waiting to hear if and when it gets resolved.
THIS ISSUE IS NOT SOLVED.
It is pretty clear that King support has no intention of fixing the issue. After two years of people asking the question, no viable answer has been received. Since they switched to only allowing access to their games, forum and support via Facebook...nothing has worked properly. KingCare doesn't care at all. I've uninstalled all but 1 of their games, and I'm about to uninstall that, too. I never receive lives from over 300 friends I have on the King.com website. It's inexcusable at this point that they haven't reversed their horrible decision to align themselves with Facebook. This has been a problem reported here for about 3 years. Enough already.
