Another impossible level which I’ve been trying to pass for weeks. This is so frustrating. Why are there levels like this? You cannot pass without paying. Perhaps Candy Crush should somehow obtain more revenue source so that these very frustrating levels can be eliminated! It’s frustrating that these levels exist to force people to pay to pass.

Are you still stuck on it? I can't play it right now, but according to the video you ought be able to pass this using the frog. After you moved it into the blockers the first time it glows, try then to use the colour bombs that drop on either side to hit into candies the same colour as the frog. Then it will glow again and you can move it into more of the toffee blockers. Look out for opportunities to make special candies and combos like in the video as well, but I think the key to passing this is using the frog and colour bombs.
