Hi @Reneatha and welcome to our friendly community. As the player above stated - you need to to match the striped yellow candy with the two yellows covered in jelly. The move is available - which is why the board did not reset.
However you need to make sure you do not destroy/match the yellow candies until you have a dragon between them, so you can get the dragon to the exit. Your last dragon is still locked until you destroy/match the red key, then you want to match it with the lowest level of yellow candies. You should be able to match the top dragon with the top level of yellow candies once more caramel drop in the column and move the dragon up to the appropriate level.
Ideally - if you end up replaying the level - you want to move the dragons/match the yellow candies starting from the lowest and work your way up to the top.
This can actually be a fun level (just watch out for the bombs).
