I am fed up needing to accept new terms almost every time I want to play. Somebody please tell me why.

Yeah, this issue is back for me. I play on a Mac laptop. Every time I open the game I have to accept the terms, turn off the music, and turn off the hints. Also, the format is all wonky-- it's gone vertical and very small.
