I didn’t see your original post, but you need to get rid of the chocolate and hit the skull and crossbones so you can get rid of the bubble gum and icing and let the dragons drop.
There are only 4 colors so I had quite a few wraps form which I was able to combine with the stripes that drop from the dispensers in the top right.
You need to get cascades flowing to hit the bubblegum and get it to pop.
