How come I don't get to play candy royale? Prehaps it's the same problem like others who get once 500 gold bars and thereafter missing candy royale from the game. Have the candy crush office team made any comments regarding this matter?

There are several different test groups and it is different for these groups of players. I stopped getting Candy Royale at all now.
From what I can tell royal only shows up about every 3 days..
There for a bit mine was changing how many games in a row I had to win. Jumped up to 14 a couple times. Needless to say I quit trying to win it.
I will be when it shows up like that on my game. Every time I open the game to check it pops right up. A young relative has played my game a bit and it's still constantly popping up.

King CCS coders have heard those grumbles on Candy Royale. The 'play' button has been added and the option to play is now placed in the Events page in my game.

I get two color bombs, maybe 3 GB in the new update
Sounds like an improvement! But I haven't see Candy Royale for a week now in my game. Hope it will return soon.
There must be a few different versions out there then. Where it awards colour bombs, I was getting three gold bars instead.
I never received before completing
Did anyone else get 2 lots of three bars at check points during candy royale? I think they were given for completing the 3rd and 6th levels.
Hi there and welcome to the community. The "office team" as you call them are very secretive, and they never comment on anything here. The moderators try to, well, moderate, but they often can't do very much as they are kept in the dark about King's grand motives and plans like we are. All of the events and to a larger amount the entire game play of Candy Crush are different for different subsets of players. Just who gets what and for what reason, now that remains a puzzle hard to solve. They certainly won't ever tell us.

I am unable to play this level, it says I need to collect yellow candies and even before I can play I get the no moves available, unable to complete message. How do I get past it? I have posted problem in support but have not gotten a response.
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
