Yes and that's a reason I can't play like before because now I have to buying booster all the time but before I received some part of my consumption!๐
I understand ๐ but you had to watch the ads in order to earn those boosters. ๐

Hi @sedalaika - Iโm sorry you had an issue where your screen went blank and you had to restart your phone. I sometimes have to do that with my iPhone too.
It sounds like you no longer have the ads feature in your game. There are various events in Candy Crush Saga and no player has them all. Quite often the studio is testing different versions of events so they release them for a time to different groups of players. Same with the ads feature. Some people have never had ads in their game and other have had them for awhile and then they went away. Sometimes they will return and sometimes they donโt.
The Studio is currently testing a new version of the ads- Treasure Hunt and that may be another reason why it disappeared. You might have been part of a test group and the test has finished.
Hopefully you will get some version of ads in the future, but there are no guarantees m, as I mentioned above - not everyone gets ads.

And exactly happened like this: 1- about 3,4 weeks ago I had my screen went black and I had to restart the game(first end of the night and whole day & then even middle of game or end when ever I choose ads for extra life or booster) 2- that problem solved since about 10 days ago but no more booster or any kind of ads or treasure hunt at all !!
please tell me you can sort without I loose my booster I had left!

How I have to survive after a few weeks without any bombing treat or jelly bomb !!!
I already bought a few times and if I don't received so I have no choice to delete my account after 3429 levels and spend hours every single day on this game for nothing!!!!
Is that possible? treasure hunt is working for my husband account but not for me!
Everything is working normally in my game except after that bug which I complained about last week which is sort it out now I don't received any more offer for treat not any more adv and just normal game! And I did all the step you mentioned above already!
