Reset level to level 1 on my facebook

Hi there, King cannot reset your game back to level 1. The only way that you can restart at the beginning is to either play through Facebook or the Kingdom if you never did before or if you did, then play without either one of them. But if you play without either one of them then you can lose your progress at any time. You can also go to king.com and create a new account and start back at level 1 again. Just make sure not to sync this new account with your older accounts because it will then take you back to your progress.

Hi Elsa I really have problem to stop myself from playing.. Its affecting my work . Today I have been playing for 4 hours that I wanted to stop at 1 hour but I couldn't.. King should do something else its really very very irresponsible to ignore it. I udnerstand the developer purpose is to let gamers keep playing.but I feel it's really unethical for developer to say unable to reset on Facebook. I don't think developer has problem of doing that

I don't know what to tell you. I am not understanding how not being able to restart back at level 1 is causing you to play the game for so many hours. If there was a way to start you back at the beginning are you saying that you wouldn't play as much?

Yes . If my level is reset to level 1 I will stop altogether definitely

I really don't know if it could be done but try to complete this contact form and let them know that you wrote here first and I suggested that you write to them - https://care.king.com/en/contact
They can go into your account and perhaps there is a way for them manually to put you back at level 1. Please let me know if they do it for you so that I will know how to answer players in the future.
