I have 2 friends who have the opportunity to watch videos for rewards. They get so many and I don't even have that chance. King please fix

I recommend that you repost in the "Support" tab to see what a moderator can say, also that you leave a review to your liking reporting this in the app store where you downloaded the game, I honestly find this explanation very strange that I see Regarding "test groups" because ads generate revenue for King, i.e. wouldn't it be better if everyone had thus generating a much bigger profit from ads?

My daughter got over 400 gold bars and all boosters 30 or 40 each
My friend got 8 of 4 different boosters and 2 boosters 30 minutes each this morning
It's not a test group they have had the videos for years and now I'm pretty upset
You are not alone. I have never had video ads in my game either. A lot of players don't. King randomly put players into test groups, some get ads, some don't. There is nothing you can do to get them I'm afraid.

Not even to start the stage with a free Bost or receive the option of three ads if you can't complete the stage?

Hello. Everyday the last week I have been getting the option to start the Candy Royale but when I hit play it gives me a screen saying "event not available" This has never happened on my other accounts. Is there a way to fix it?
