Why can’t I get free moves by seeing ads everyone is getting that chance why not me?

HI, If I play on my phone I get adds when they work normally the screen goes black and I have too close the phone down and restart so I loose my move anyway. But I stopped playing on the phone too small to see with my poor eyesight, so now I play on the computer but no adds on my computer. Now I have to strain my eyes again now too see on my computer since the stupid portrait mode. Have a nice day.
Not, not everyone at all. I never had them in my game and have been playing for years, countless others don't ever get them.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
