I don't use all of my lives each time and when I go back to get more they are gone
Thanks for writing back Deidre. So are you seeing the backpack with your accumulation of boosters? When you open this backpack your boosters are not the same or they are all gone?
This only happens when playing on computer

Hi Deidre, where are you playing the game - mobile or computer? If you are using a mobile device then all lives and boosters are saved just to that device so that you can play the game offline. For that reason, any crash or updating of the operating system or even if you uninstall and reinstall the game, you will lose all lives and boosters.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
