Candy crush saga freezes on iPad

I play Candy Crush Saga on Ipad. I reached and completed the top level 3890 but the game then froze. I turned on/off/reset but nothing helped. I then uninstalled and reinstalled to find I have lost all of my boosters, approx 850 coconut wheels, 400 colour bombs, 160 hammers, 250 or so handswitches and 300 lives. The game worked for a few hours but then froze again and will not play. Can I please get all of my boosters back and can you get my game working or am I finished with Candy Crush? Thank you.

Inventory/Boosters Lost - (Edited by CM: Under investigation)!
My inventory disappeared overnight Hundreds of boosters lost Back to square one !! Any ideas why and how to retrieve ?? Gutted !!
⛔ Music Season – Clarification on Event End Time
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Lives don’t load
when I am out of lives, the game gives me 5 more. After playing just 1 of the 5, the live balance is 0. It happens every time.
Help! Level 9606
Only the first gummy dragon dispenses. Then, no matter how I match, clear the board, use striped or wrapped candies or have up to 14 moves left, NO more dragons dispense. Please help!
