Candy crush saga new system

Well I very much disagree with those many changes that are candy in this game! I tried to reach a superior without success. Many issues like 20 hearts only/24 hrs.. when we complete the episode the gold bars gifts disappear only given to winner! The real shocking catastroph is when you make a purchase all additional gifts and extra moves are not in anymore so either you keep on purchasing no one can afford or you quit the game forever or stay in one game for days! When I complained the team replies that this is not permanently granted which is not acceptable as answer as my best friend is having it all as she never made a purchase before and will never will. We stared together playing since years! So pls may I ask what is this? I strongly asked for a serious review to all new changing made because this is the most favorite game to millions with these changes and unequal chances you are pushing people either to purchase or stay blocked in a level or quit the game!!!!!
