Candy crush soda - lost candy boosters

I have a new iPad & when I install the candy crush saga, soda & jelly apps and signed in using Facebook, it restored my level but I lost ALL of my boosters, gold, etc (some were bought & others won) on all three games! The loss on candy crush saga was most significant. I erased the new iPad and restored it using a previous backup. The apps were part of the old back up, so when I signed in all of my boosters & gold was back. But I’m having problems with my iPad & they think the backup is corrupt. So they want me to wipe the data & restart it like a new iPad. Since I won’t be able to use the backup I will have to reinstall the apps. Is there a way to make sure I don’t lose my boosters & gold this time when I reinstall the app and sign back in?

Jinjy, that is because the boosters and lives are stored locally on your device. Once you switch devices, there is no way to get those boosters transfered to the new one. Sorry about this, but you can always do the Sugar Drop Challenge to stock back up on boosters. It is a great way to do this. Good luck!
