Level 971

i have 5 yellow candies to remove on this level. This morning I managed to remove three, which should have left me with two more. I could have zapped these with boosters but the counter insisted that I had three yellow candies left on the board. I even showed the other members of my family to check. They agreed, only two left on the board. What’s going on with this level? Time to move on I think.........

Hi Marian. I am so sorry about this. I just replayed that level and it was okay for me. Can you clear the cache on your device and replay the level and tell me if that still happens? If you can, a screenshot would help too. Here is how you do that, in case you need it. Screenshot Thanks.

Music event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Why did you remove the music event?
Why did you just remove the music event from the app?? I had 18 more hours to complete and was on my last 3 laps and it just disappeared. I spent so much time and boosters just so you can do whatever you want? You’re not doing these events fairly
Can't log in through Facebook on new device, can't reconnect to Facebook on old device
As stated in title. Have made sure that both apps (FB and Candy Crush) are updated. Have also tried uninstalling FB to try to login via Web browser. Nothing seems to work. Any tips?
Music season
My music season progress just disappeared after winning the second tape on level 9..I had only 1 more tape left to win the 300 gold bars and the whole thing just vanished.. please help..
Can't message help bot
I have a android and I can't message the help bot, the message field is covered by the phones screen function buttons on the bottom, so you can't click on it to initiate typing. I can't even get a screenshot of it because the phone automatically crops out the function buttons. Make the text field bigger and higher so the…
