Why when I get my free moves and have lot's saved up I go to get 5 and it ALWAYS takes more?

Hi Pattie. I am not sure I understand what you mean. If you have 20 lives saved up and you go to use 5 to refill it, are you saying that you don't have 15 left, but less than that? Let me know so I can ask the Moderator for you. Thanks!

Yes that is what happens. It happens on my Husbands account and my son's account.
