why does tips on candy crush say you have 25 moves, when I only have 12

This is the reason why you have less moves: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/level-changing-on-candy-crush-saga-not-getting-the-same-amount-of-moves-as-your-friends I have seen a lot of complaints here from the players regarding the number of moves for a specific level. I will forward your message to a King Admin.

I only get 12 moves instead of 25 as well. I've been stuck for a month now hope they fix it. Did you ever pass on 12 moves?

It is impossible to finish the level with 12 moves!

Has any of you got the number of moves issue solved? I simply cannot pass this level with 12 moves no matter how many intensifiers I used. I really do not want to abandon the game because of this.

Hi Piti, if there are a lot of complaints about a specific level I have seen the studio make a change. But then again, I've also seen complaints about a level and then the player would write back saying that they cleared it. So the King Admins and the studio see all of these and if the players manage to clear the levels then they don't make the change that easily.
