Unfortunately I still have not received any correspondence from you in regards to reinstalling my progress on candy crush.

I think I selected game progress and then I explained that I reinstalled the game and I lost everything. I was on level 1530 I think - I cant remember exactly. I was near that level.

Hello @Harriet- Could you confirm which topics you selected in the contact form? I have spoken to the customer service team and we cannot locate your email in the system. So I just want to check that the contact form is working properly.

Also when you completed the contact form did you select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save"? Maybe you aren't checking off the correct subheadings.
They never reply. And swnsing via the contact form doesnt work.
Via the game i contacted them before too about levels that are crazy programmed.
Never i got a reply. So remove the contact option. It only frustrates people more

Hi Harriet, if you completed the contact form then you will be getting an email with a ticket number on it. They will go into your account and manually add your progress back. It's not done here in this community so be patient and wait for that email. If you don't hear anything by Wednesday, submit another contact form: https://care.king.com/en/contact
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
