Hi Harriet, if you completed the contact form then you will be getting an email with a ticket number on it. They will go into your account and manually add your progress back. Also when you completed the contact form did you select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save"? Maybe you aren't checking off the correct subheadings.
