Level 3821 Candy Crush. No matter how many times I colour match, the frog does not grow. At all.

There seems to be a problem with the frog on this level.  I have tried matching the frog with its own colour candies, yet it fails to grow.  I don’t think this level can be passed without the frog.  Please help.

    Hi Debbie, I just watched some videos of this level and they have changed the frog thing.  Some are showing that when it's ready to move you get that glow around it and others you don't.  Here is a video:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4qq5zrcOkAQ  where I am not seeing it glowing.  If your frog doesn't grow at all, can you please take a print screen of this and get it here so that I can see what's going on.  It might be a brand new glitch starting.

    And here is what a King Admin wrote regarding it being seen here.

    “Upload from mobile devices can sometimes be tricky - not all mobile browsers are fully compatible. You might have to try with another mobile browser or alternatively upload the image to Google Photos, OneDrive, Flickr, Dropbox or similar and then post the image URL here.”

    I have the same problem..  it seems to grow a couple times... then nothing! There's definitely a glitch on this level.  While as ground of mine has passed it,  most have been working the day she played it! It needs fixed.  Didn't matter if i play on phone or tablet. Help please...ty!

    I also have had this problem lately. The frog seems to work fine when I play on my phone, but it usually won’t grow when I play on my tablet. This is a bit frustrating when a lost game can break a chain of rewards.

    Hey guys, the frog should still be working but the studio took away the circle that surrounds the frog when it's ready to be moved.  Look at the video of this level and you will see that he just filled the frog twice and was able to move it:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4qq5zrcOkAQ

    Thanks Elsa,  but that’s not quite the problem I’m having. Sometimes my frog will grow and then sometimes it won’t, even in the same game. I could use a sprinkled donut to remove colors the same as the frog and it’s size will stay the same. I can still move the frog around, but it will remain at it’s starting size most times.

    Wow Tiffeny, that is not good!  You are the first person reporting that it's not changing size.  I am going ot keep my eyes open here during the next few days to see if anyone else reports this.  It might be a new glitch starting.

    In the meantime, can you guys try to do some troubleshooting to see if it clears up?  I have seen players do this troubleshooting and then things started working again.  Here is the link to troubleshoot: https://www.elsalanger.net/blog/troubleshooting-tips

    Also can you all please check what version of the game that you have?  It should be 1.138.0 for mobile and 1.1380.6.0 for Windows 10.
