Microsoft Office CCS not connecting to FB

I want to play CCS through the microsoft office app and when I try to connect to Facebook, it won't let me. I have had to have my pc rebuilt and as a consequence for my CCS, it is now out of sync on the Microsoft office app (level 4 on the app and level 2607 on the facebook app. I prefer to play through the microsoft app because it's a better looking screen and takes up the whole screen and also offers extra plays on a spinning wheel each 48 hour period. Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks.

Please follow the steps on this link: https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep to get your progress back. If the troubleshooting doesn't work, then in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink. Click on it and complete the contact form. They can go into the account and manually add the progress back.

Regarding your not being able to connect through Facebook, please tell me is it Windows 10 that you are trying to play the game?
