I’m level 570.. but my milestone badge says 300. I have replayed levels 300, 400 & 500. it’s not been updated as of yet. what’s wrong with the app?

Hello @cookiemae - thank you for the additional information/screenshots. However just to clarify - I did not say you couldn't receive a banner (which is granted thru the game) on levels/milestones lower than 1000. I also mentioned how to check to ensure you have the milestone badge option turned on under features, in settings.
What I did say was that we (the community GMs/CMs) don't award badges (totally different from the banners) for milestones less than 1000.
I hope this helps clear up any confusion/misunderstanding.

Here is another one in my friends list level 100
I stopped at this one there are actually more on levels under 1000. This one is level 100. My 2nd family account.
@christinewupp@bearwithme don't understand what's going on with these banners. On my 3rd family account I received banners for levels 300 and 500 .I recently started this account 6 months ago so yes you can get banners for under levels 1000..Here is example of level 500 banner on my friends list. So yes there are banners from lower accounts. Information given on the post is incorrect. 2 on my current friends list.
I also had banners on my Lower levers as well
Hello @awiltedrose - I assume you are referring to the banner on your avatar in the game? We only award badges to your profile for the larger milestones like 1000, 2000, 3000 and soon 15,000.
The banner on your avatar is awarded thru the game. You need to make sure you have it turned on under settings.- features - milestone badge. You can find settings in your game by clicking on the pink wheel in the upper right hand corner. If it is already turned on, exit the game and shut your device off for 10-15 seconds then turn it back on and play a level and see if your banner updates.
If you don't have the milestone badge option - make sure you have the latest version of the game. Also not every player has all options/events so you may be one of the few who doesn’t have it. However hopefully you will see the option return in the future.

I can't find any posts about milestones before 1000. I played loads of games and never had a level 300 badge awarded but you obviously have. Maybe it's different on different platforms. Maybe one of the moderators knows more? @Diamond_Lim , @kiara_wael Are there milestone banners for levels 500, 600 etc?

I didn't get a milestone in the app until I reached level 1000!. Are you sure all these milestone badge even exist?
