3919 give errors every other game

When there is between 1-9 moves left it just pops up an empty box with a subject like "Ooops", "Something went wrong", etc. A few different messages. Then the game ends and I loose a life. This happens even though there is a lot of possible moves left. It is a difficult one to begin with, and this doesn't help.

This is a frustrating level, however it is not a glitch. If the chocolate eats one of your check marks you can not win the game. When that happens you get the error and immediate end game. You can always use the lucky candy booster then the game won't stop after a check mark is taken.

That is very strange! I never saw that before. Let’s try some troubleshooting tips by following the steps on this link: https://www.elsalanger.net/blog/troubleshooting-tips
I would also like you to please check if you have the most recent version of the game.
On Android, Go to Settings > application settings > manage application, then tap on the app. It'll say the version you are running under the name.
On Apple, Go to the App store > click on the game app, and it will say it under the name.
On Windows 10, Go to the Settings > click on the game > click on Advanced settings, then you will see what version you have.

That makes sence, but that must be a relative new feature? I've been on levels before that was impossible to finish due to lack of something, but then it was just to play to the end or quit. It would have been nice to get some notice about it in the empty box then. Thank you for clearing this up.
