All my lives (206) have gone suddenly. Also I don't receive lives from my friends anymore. Help!
I have lost over 400 lives
Hey guys, it's a glitch and the studio is aware of this. They are currently working on a resolution.

Lives gone, no longer able to receive/gift lives from friends, King changing moves on games, impossible levels without using boosters... I truly think King is wanting to make it so people no longer want to play their games. Even paying for boosters and lives, there are no guarantees they will stay and if they are lost suddenly, no refunds.
I guess King does not care!
same thing - I lost 1000 lives
Same here since 3 days, lives stay at 0 no matter how any lives friends send... and the ones I had stay gone too :-((((

I just got SIX notifications that people sent me lives. I went to CCS and NOTHING! ZERO! ZIP! GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
Same problem for me. All of my lives are gone and I can't receive lives from friends anymore.
I had the same problem..it’s ridicolous the mistake that king is doing..with my browser on pc I haven’t got the bonus like viaggio spaziale or like that. Have someone the same problem?
Same issue here as well. FB has just given a standard answer, no real help
I lost all my lives too. Two weeks ago over 200. Yesterday over 100. I sent in a complaint but never got an answer.

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list
