Hi JulieLaurie, wow now that is the weirdest glitch that I ever heard of! Where are you playing the game? Facebook or the Kingdom? I would think it has to do with the picture that you used on either. I would also like you to please check if you have the most recent version of the game.
On Android, Go to Settings > application settings > manage application, then tap on the app. It'll say the version you are running under the name.
On Apple, Go to the App store > click on the game app, and it will say it under the name.
On Windows 10, Go to the Settings > click on the game > click on Advanced settings, then you will see what version you have.

Hi Guys, this is what a Superstar wrote about this:
“When your connection is slow or you are disconnected, the game just recycles a few profile pics that it has saved in the game cache. They have not 'stolen' the pics or anything like that, it is just the game substituting the few pics it has saved when they are not all there.”

My profile pic also changed so I went in and put in my own avatar. When I went back to the game it still has my old profile pic! So when I signed into king community I had a different profile pic which had me concerned so I added a total different one and when I went back to the game it had my old profile pic.
