I also can't connect to shop and I can't use my bars
Then I guess you have an error in your game account which can only be resolved by contacting player support. I have given below the link and steps to contact player support directly.

I am only getting app store challenges and there is no message i am getting after trying to log out or in
Are you getting an error message like below while logging out or logging into the game?
Also, are you getting the app store issue only or are you getting some other issue as well?

Tried logging out but still no change when i press shop it will continue processing without finishing it has been happening for the past 6mth

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
