Why did Candy Royal jump back up to 14 levels to pass? It supposed to be 7!

GRAPHIC was terrible this morning and confusing.
I just got through 7 levels, which is amazing to me, and it went up to 14! The next level was impossible... So here I am with nothing again! So disgusted with this game, ready to give up completely!!
Different platforms must get different events. I've only seen the 1000 bar version on my original game playing through Facebook. So it looks like for the moment at least, that's only for pc users. In my 2nd game which I play on my phone, I get the 500 bar version and season pass which I have never had playing on my pc.

I absolutely agree. They have made the levels (I'm at 14185) so difficult it now takes me many days to move up. Candy Royale is just a huge waste of time.

My Candy Royale went from 8 to 18 for 500!!! itās a joke š Iām literally ignoring this game, I wonāt be able to win 18 without spending some gold so what the point š¤·āāļø
Re. the last part of your reply, you indeed don't get it. It's not the "opting" part that's a pain in the A; it's the fact Candy Royale automatically loads and forces players into the event at all.
Before, it used to be out of sight in the Events tab and only loaded when players hit "Play"--how it should be. That no longer happens.

For the last 2 day, my 7/8 level for 500 gold bars version has been replaced by "double" version : 16 levels for a share of 1000 gold bars.
On completion I did receive my share.
Last month, I had the 18 level for 1000 gold bars version, and collected my share of gold bars.
I had a Double Candy Royale that was a share of 2000 gold bars when passing 14 levels. I passed the levels but didn't get any gold. Asked about it in Support and contacted Customer Support, but nothing has been done about it, so just be aware if you get this.
I would be interested to know if anyone else got this and actually got a share of the 2000 gold bar.
When Candy Royale was 7 or 8 levels, it was next to near impossible with the Hard, Nightmarishly Hard and now Legendary Levels. So what does Candy Crush do? Make Candy Royale 14 levels to win. Now, I do see they raised it from your share of 500 gold bars to 1000 gold bars, but really, what is the point? Why have this game function, when you can't win it? Now, the criticism I don't get is why people want to opt out of it? You hit the button, you lose the level, and you bounce out. It's an extra 10 seconds.
I went through this before with King support because it went up to 18 levels. At that time King support did not have a clear answer for it. But support did tell me it should be 7 levels.
There needs to be a standard level for everyone across board.
I struggle to get through one level in a day, so 14 is completely unattainable for me!
There are a few different versions of candy royale out there and the number on my version is constantly changing between 7 and 9. I've also read on here that there is a 16 level variation that some players have.

I get lots of requests for lives and send them but when I request lives I hardly get any.
