After playing a level if a user could not be able to complete the level then at last there were a option like extra moves and something but now that option is not available please help me

As per your statement I think you missed the option to watch AD videos through which you get extra moves and boosters. Actually the AD video feature belongs to the test group and the feature is randomly assigned to some players as a test, meaning that not everyone will find this feature and will not always be available in the game in their game.

Unable to purchase
