In-game chat is very useful if players are playing "live" and if the games involve strategy etc.
The only game that has in-game chat at this moment that I'm aware of is Candy Crush Soda under its Bake a Cake event. You need to join a Soda Squad to play this event. Once you are in the team, you can send chat message to your teammates.
