We've seen your screenshots and are very sorry for the trouble you're having. As per your screenshot, your game app is having connectivity issues and since you have already followed all the troubleshooting steps but still not getting the solution, I think you will get the solution through app reinstall.
By reinstalling the app you will get the solution but you will lose all your saved boosters, saved lives and unsaved levels.
It will definitely depend on your decision as there is no chance of getting lost boosters or lives back.
