I am on the same level 10743 but have no friends anymore , no gold and no bombs . The worst is I had so many friends to get lives and now my envelope is empty . Please help!!!!!!

Of course you will get Lives from your friends who are in your friend list of the game. But to get regular Lives from your friends you need to exchange Lives i.e. if you want to get Lives from your friends you must ask for Lives from them.
Moreover, the system of exchanging Lives can be found in the following link.
On the other hand in the case Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, so you will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device. To get Gold bars and boosters you need to win in-game events, you can also join Community Contests to collect Gold bars and boosters for your game.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
