@Arrowflinger is correct. If the game does not reshuffle then there is always a possible move. With the sugar coating you cannot move candies out of from under the sugar coat but you can move candies into the sugar coat, so always look out for this alternative if there appears to be no possible move.
You have 2 available moves both involve matching green candies. You can either swap the green with the purple or the green with what looks like a toffee swirl on rows 3 & 4. You also have to make the move from right to left otherwise it won't work
Normally when you can’t make a move, the board reshuffles. This board indicates (blinks or whatever) that a move exists when it doesn’t. I’ll have to wait till it happens again when I can give a better explanation.

Sorry! Just need to clarify... are you saying that your level is too hard OR are you saying you did not find your "win streak" boosters on your level board?

Why are the sour skulls not working as they usually do? I was just playing level 13990 and the sour skulls wouldn't activate after they've been touched by a candy nor after a wrapped candy exploded. It cost me my episode race and streak. Why is CC getting so glitchy?
Since 3-4 days ago, I am unable to log in with my facebook account. Yes, I tried everything that I could find online, all the helps and tricks, but it still doesn't work. Probably lost 10 years of progress and about 12000 levels… I am fuming… Whatever I do, I get this message…

this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
