Stuck on level 237 dreamworld

These dreamworld levels can be frustrating at times lol.  Anyway I've been stuck on this level for a while and I am at my wits end.  It hard enough to get the striped and wrapped together and sometimes a cascade effect destroys any progress.  And the three moonstrucks can actually hurt my chances at times.  I've been reading tips and basically most of them say just wait for a lucky board (gee thanks lol).  Anyone who has passed this level, is there a strategy I can try because I am getting really tired of this level.  Thanks  Oh and I've been switching back and forth between my phone and my laptop.
