I have swapped computers, updated flashplay, cleared cache, cookies, history, only had one window open at a time, deleted candy crush off of facebook- reinstalled it and updated anti-virus. This is for myself and two others that are not able to play. I seem to be running in circles & not finding an answer. I have tried the link someone sent me, thank you!, but still nothing is working. Help please....

I had the same issue (loading stuck at 5%) so I did a force-refresh (CTRL+F5) and the game loaded smooth.
The same goes for King.com - if that was the website you were referring to.
