1) Are you seeing an orange screen with a White bear (kind of) animal?
2) Can you show me a screenshot of that message you saw "wait for the page to open or exit"?

Also just noticed there is no error but it reads page unresponsive - you can wait for page to become responsive or exit the page. Option of wait or exit page.
I am using a desktop. Game ended and when it went to start a new game it would show download and then the next screen froze. No error but did ask if I wanted to wait for page to open or exit. Page never opened. No error message.

Candy Crush Saga. Can't understand how it can work one minute and then not. Think the problem lies at your end. All of my other games Candy Crush Soda and Farm Heroes work. Please help. I am a senior and not good with technology so keep that in mind. Thank you
