Can you please restore my level in candy crush ?

i was disconnected from facebook and when i reconnected my phone to the facebook i lost my levels in candy crush and candy crush dreamworld.

my ID is :1855376356.

my levels in candy crush : 566.

levels in candy crush dreamworld is : 237.

Hi,i already did reconnect my account again to facebook and still i have the same problem, on both the phone and on the facebook page.i dont know how you can see my progress and i cannot see it.please can you find a solution for this it is very frustrating.Thanks,Mohamed.

Hi Mohamed,

Please try the following:

1) Start the game on your mobile device, go into settings and disconnect from Facebook

2) Go to Facebook.com on a stationary computer, login and play one level in Candy Crush

3) Go back to your mobile device, start the game and click on the blue Facebook connect button

4) Your game should now show the correct levels
