how am I missing moves on this screen?

I don't think you understood our posts above. Here is the image you just posted:
Look at the orange candy I have marked with the arrow. It can be moved downwards INTO to sugar coat, to swap with the blue, matching the three blue candies. You can always make a match by moving candies into the sugar coat, even though you can't move a candy under it.
here is another one with no moves. on the right side, the three blue balls are blinking with the orange between the first two and the third. this time I did not quit the game and if somebody tells me how I can move those three I will try it but I haven’t been able to accomplish it and I sure don’t see a move anywhere else.
You could also move the wrapped candy on the right up into the purple to align the three purples on the right. You can always moves candies INTO the sugar coat to make a match, even though you can't tap on the candies under the sugar coating to move those.

Upper left of the board move the blue candy down into the space where the green candy is to align three green candy together.
