In what language does "I will investigate this for you", translate to "solved"?! I see numerous complaints about this exact issue, dating back to more than a month ago, but this is the only one I see that is "solved", but it certainly is NOT! When I contact King about it, I get no help, just an automated email suggesting I come here. Yeah, THAT helped!I am really sorry to hear that you have had this unpleasant experience. My still freezes!! This is not solved and I have the latest version. King will not respond to me either!!
I have the same problem, also! Have to close the app and restart the game again. Terribly frustrating. Cannot find an answer anywhere
