Lost The Leaderboard

Recently the leader board scores , that appeared after playing a level, has become a list of one, just me.  There is also no messages from other players.  What happened?  I play on both an iPad using the app, and my PC (using the Candy Crush game that came preloaded with Windows 10).  These two platforms are synced.

    Hi Mark,

    Do you connect to your Facebook or Kingdom account from within the game app?

    On PC, could you try to use another browser, like Google Chrome for example?

    I am logged into Facebook from the game settings on both my iPad and my PC. I tried logging out and in and that didn't fix it. On my PC, I'm using the game that was installed with Windows 10. I play it without using a browser.
