I can't seem to pass level 1145 on Candy Crush Saga could someone help me? When ever I run out of moves on my pc my bombs shuffle and move to the outside area where there are solid walls. Help please!

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
