Why don't I get ad boosters anymore?

Like you, rundmchen, many CCS players have seen this video ad feature disappear after having made an in-game purchase. And I'm sorry to say that unfortunately, there's nothing you can do to get it back voluntarily.
Same as well. It is hard when you don’t have those extra moves or extra boosters
Same here. I haven't received any ads for 3 weeks since I made an initial purchase. I am at 15k and feel my account is flagged to no longer receive free boosters.
I used to get ads and now it's been about a month that I have not had ads to gain rewards. It would be nice to get those rewards so I can pass this level. Thanks

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
