How do I unblock new levels in different devices?

I use Candy Crush Saga on a tablet, a smartphone and a laptop, and I can only play new levels on the laptop. The levels further than 1430 are not available ("under construction") on my smartphone and tablet. I've tried to restart all three devices, connect and disconnect Facebook, and nothing works. What can I do? Thank you very much!

Nothing to do, as it says the level are under construction and haven't been released for Mobile and Tablet yet. Updates for them and PC and are never released at the same time.

Thank you for your answer. I understand, but i want to play always on my tablet and it is not possible, i can't play as much as i want to.

Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone.
