What is the point of having or collecting the GB if you can't use them? I keep accumulating them, but they just sit there, unused.
If only there was a way to give them out 😋

Hi @Jiggyraff It looks like you are playing a game completely off line. I assume then you don't get the episode races, Sam's Streak etc either? But you must have had some episode races, if not where did all that gold come from?
It looks like you are playing your game permanently disconnected from the App store. To fix this you might have to uninstall and then reinstall the game. This would lose you your boosters, so I wouldn't recommend this until you have used up all your boosters. Which platform do you save your game on? If it's an email account I'm pretty confident that uninstalling and reinstalling the app would help reconnect it, but I have no idea about Facebook logins.

I marked the screenshots showing what I see and don't see. As I mentioned before, I am unable to get into the shop, no matter which way I go. I have not been able to purchase any boosters, or use the GB for additional moves. Thankfully, I receive a lot boosters from king, and only use them if they are absolutely necessary. In the rare occasion that I need a life bc I used up the moves, I am unable to use the GB. This is why I said it was pointless accumulating them, bc it doesn't look like I'll be able to use them on the higher levels. I also attached a screenshot to show what happens when I try to buy additional boosters (doesn't matter which one).

Just to check up on this, @Jiggyraff Do you actually never see these screens we ALL get, which look like this?
And when you go into your profile and then your inventory, don't you get the option to purchase boosters with your gold if you click on a booster to select it?
You will need all those gold bars and more to reach the end of the map. There was a post on here recently that one player used over 6000 gold bars to pass roughly 1000 levels in the higher stages. I used to think that the complaints about the levels in the 13000s were exaggerated as I had little difficulty in reaching those levels until I played them and realised that most of those levels are heavily manipulated to rob you of your boosters and gold bars due to the impossible nature of how they are designed with nowhere near enough moves, far to many blockers, spawners that don't fulfil the required order in the allocated moves etc. Keep stocking up on boosters and gold bars while you can.
Hi @Jiggyraff you should be able to use your gold bars to buy boosters, extra moves and such usually you just click on what you want, I am not sure how to explain it exactly but you get prompted by the pop up screens and follow the instructions, which are not hard click and buy and it gives you a purchase successful message or a oops message.😊 Sorry I can not explain it better.

Yea, I'm not as high up as some of you "pros" 😋 I've only been playing since about April or May of this year, so there's no telling how long it's gonna take me to reach levels 10k and up. The reason I asked about the GB was because I used up my moves on one level (not paying attention to how many I had left), and I figured they were for purchasing additional moves (unless I'm wrong). I was never able to do so and ended up redoing the level. I'm still wondering if collecting the GB are useless if I'm not able to use them for anything ..

I qualified for the 20 million gold bars promotion to be credited Oct 17 2023 I have not received them and have had no success communicating with King. They refer me to the help center and the community. How do I receive my gold bars?
I agree with everyone else just keep your gold bars safe for now

As @cookiemae said, hold onto those bars, you'll definitely need them once you get to levels 12000+. (Even before that, 10000).
Amazing that you have that much gold at your level. 👏
Just be sure to use them wisely when you get to these impossible levels.
I'm at level 14761, and I constantly have to lose the level on purpose over and over again to pass it using 10 bars after I reach 125 moves. And I have to be careful on when I use my gold as I only have 106 bars.
My best advice... save that Gold!

@Jiggyraff You are pretty low on the map. I suggest you keep accumulating gold for you will need them once you get to about 10,000. The levels will get harder to pass your will need boosters and gold.
