Tap the butterfly not working

New challenge to tap the butterfly is not working. The butterfly randomly appears in game, you tap it 6 times to earn a reward or some butterflies are instant rewards. I have had many appear in the level I am stuck on (#4967) and it shows I have taped zero
has anyone else experienced this?

Hello 😊 did you pass the level after catching the butterfly? I had trouble passing this challenge mostly by not noticing them so they just flew away like real butterflies 🙈 and when I caught them I lost so it did not count…hope you will manage to sort this out whatever the issue 🤞
sorry also wanted to add you can only get one butterfly per level so you only need to tap once it appears 😊

Does anything in this game actually work. During the past week there have been connection issues for Facebook users, this new tap the butterfly evemt not working ( if you're lucky enough to have it in your game in the first place) sweet cinema working when it feels like it, Sam's streak appearing and disappearing. The puzzle challenge part 2 been advertised as starting yesterday is nowhere to be seen. For the amount of time and money players spend on this game we deserve a lot better than what we're getting at the moment.
